Meet Tyler.
From the family:
((Written in 2019))
In early October 2017, Tyler was diagnosed with a grade 3 Astrocytoma, a form of brain cancer. He was quickly scheduled for surgery and had a baseball size tumor removed on October 21, 2017. Since that time, he has endured 33 radiation treatments, 19 months of chemo, and countless follow up clinic visits. While the tumor is still inoperable, he recently graduated from treatment to surveillance because he is doing so well.
Since his diagnosis, Tyler has been unable to work due to doctors’ orders. There is no timetable to these orders being lifted. Tyler has adjusted well to a new normal and maintains a positive spirit and champions attitude. We believe he will continue to fight this battle and eventually WIN!!
Tyler loves the outdoors. Whether its playing disc golf with his brothers or friends, or camping and fishing with his grandpa, thankfully treatment has not stopped him from doing what he loves. If you can’t get ahold of Tyler, there’s a good chance he’s at the local course or on the lake
